

Ingredients
- 3 tortilla wraps
- ▢1 to 2 grilled peppers, cut into strips, from a jar
- ▢100 g crème fraîche
- ▢100 g Uniekaas Cheese Topper pizza sprinkles mozzarella
- ▢4 tbsp tomato sauce
- ▢100 g sliced mushrooms
- ▢olive oil
- ▢salt and pepper
- ▢fresh basil leaves optional
- ▢truffle oil for the Tartufo variant
- ▢slices of chorizo
- ▢fresh arugula
- ▢extra crème fraîche or pesto rosso

Preparation method:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wrap pizza Bianca
- Spread a tortilla wrap with a thin layer of crème fraîche.
- Cover the wrap with strips of bell pepper.
- Sprinkle with pizza sprinkles mozzarella.
- Place the wrap on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Wrap pizza Rosso
- Spread a tortilla wrap with a thin layer of tomato sauce.
- Top the wrap with mushroom slices.
- Sprinkle with Uniekaas pizza sprinkles.
- Place the wrap on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Wrap Pizza Tartufo
- Spread a tortilla wrap with a thin layer of crème fraîche.
- Place thin slices of chorizo on the wrap
- Sprinkle with Cheese Topper from Uniekaas.
- Place the wrap on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Serve with fresh arugula and drizzle with some truffle oil.
