š Ingredients:

500 g plain flour

280 ml milk (lukewarm)

80 ml water (lukewarm)

20 g fresh yeast
-
10 g sugar
-
10 g salt
-
60 g butter (melted and cooled)
š©āš³ Procedure:
1ļøā£ Kvass
Crumble the yeast into a bowl, add sugar, a little lukewarm milk and a tablespoon of flour.
Mix and letĀ riseĀ for 10ā15 minutes .
2ļøā£ Dough
In a large bowl, add the flour, salt, yeast, remaining milk, water and melted butter.
KneadĀ a smooth, elastic doughĀ that is not sticky.
3ļøā£ Leavening
Cover the dough with a towel and letĀ it rise for about 60 minutesĀ , until it doubles in size.
4ļøā£ Shaping
Divide the dough into 2 parts and shape intoĀ long loavesĀ .
Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cover and letĀ rise for another 20ā30 minutesĀ .
5ļøā£ Baking
Preheat the oven to 180 °C .

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.

Then reduce the temperature to 160 °C and bake for another 20 minutes , until golden brown.
After baking, you can lightly brush the lids with butter for a soft crust.
