Butter Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
Butter Chicken
500g chicken breast or thighs, cubed
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
½ cup tomato puree
½ cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
Salt, to taste
Wraps
Tortilla wraps or naan bread
Lettuce or shredded cabbage
Sliced cucumber or onion
Yogurt sauce or garlic sauce (optional)
Instructions
Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion until soft and golden.
Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds.
Add spices and stir for 10–15 seconds.
Add chicken, cook until lightly browned.
Add tomato puree, cover, and simmer 10–12 minutes.
Stir in cream and cook 2–3 minutes until rich and creamy.
Taste and adjust salt.
Assemble the Wraps
Warm the wraps.
Add butter chicken.
Top with lettuce, cucumber, and sauce.
Roll tight and serve.
Tips
Add chili sauce for extra heat
Add shredded cheese for fusion-style wraps
Garnish with fresh cilantro
