
Lamb and Prune Tagine
Ingredients:
1/2 kg lamb or beef
1 large chopped onion
Garlic
Cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, sugar
Soaked prunes
Sesame seeds
Method:
Cook the meat with the onion, spices, and a little oil.
Once cooked, add the prunes along with a little sugar and cinnamon.
Let it caramelize and serve with sesame seeds.
