1. Prepare the apples
Wash the apples and cut them into rings about 1 cm thick. Remove the core. If you don’t want them to turn brown, sprinkle them with lemon juice. Quick desserts

3. Coating:
Beat the eggs in one bowl and pour the flour into the other.

5. Serving
