People love the characteristic aroma of fried dough and garlic. It is very easy to make at home. You can adjust the recipe to your taste. Freshly fried langos also tastes much better than store-bought ones.

At first glance, making yeast dough may seem complicated, but in reality it only takes a few minutes. You will need simple ingredients that you already have at home. You can serve langos with ketchup, garlic, or cheese.

Ingredients
500g plain flour
250ml lukewarm milk
20g yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
oil for frying
Procedure

Crumble the yeast into a bowl with lukewarm milk and add the sugar. Wait 10-15 minutes until the yeast rises. In a second bowl, mix the flour, salt and add the risen yeast.
Make a smooth dough that should be soft and non-sticky. If the dough seems too thick, add a little milk. Cover with a towel and let it rise for 45-60 minutes. The dough should double in volume.
Divide the finished dough into 6 parts. Form each into a patty with your hands. Heat a higher layer of oil in a pan. Fry until golden brown for 1-2 minutes on each side. Brush the finished langos with garlic and sprinkle with grated cheese.
