Ingredients
Main ingredients
1 pc Pork tenderloin
1 pc Onion
3 pcs Garlic, crushed
400 g Potato gnocchi
Food
Sauce
250 ml Cream 33%
200 ml Semi-skimmed milk as needed
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
pinch Salt to taste
pinch Ground pepper to taste
a pinch Table oil for frying
To serve
as desired Parsley sprigs for garnish

Preparation

Clean the tenderloin and cut it into medallions, which we gently beat off. Season
the tenderloin medallions with salt and ground pepper.
Fry them on both sides in a hot pan with a little oil until golden brown.
Frying Set
the fried tenderloin pieces aside and fry the finely chopped onion in the same pan.
Add the pressed garlic to the onion and fry for a while longer, but be careful not to burn the garlic.
Preparing the sauce
Pour the cream into the pan and let the sauce reduce.
Add the Dijon mustard and if the sauce seems too thick, you can add milk.
Season the sauce with salt and ground pepper.
Finishing and serving
Add the gnocchi to the sauce and cook with the sauce for a few minutes.
Finally, sprinkle the gnocchi with parsley and place the fried medallions of tenderloin on top.
Serve warm on a plate with the sauce spread over the gnocchi.
Notes
For variations, you can add other types of vegetables, such as zucchini or peppers. I recommend sprinkling with grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
