3️⃣ Orange compote

Mix Sanquick syrup with water (do not boil).

Drizzle or spread the light sponge cake evenly with the stock to make it beautifully juicy.
4️⃣ Vanilla cream

Make a thick pudding from milk, pudding, vanilla and granulated sugar .

Let it cool completely.

Beat the butter until foamy and gradually beat in the cooled pudding.

A smooth and delicate cream will be created.
5️⃣ Folding the sections

Bottom layer: cocoa sheet

Spread some of the vanilla cream

Add a light sponge cake with orange custard

Another layer of cream

Cover with a second layer of cocoa.
6️⃣ Chocolate icing

Melt the dark chocolate (in a water bath or microwave).

Spread evenly over the top of the cake.
