About 10 biscuits (such as Petit Beurre or shortbread cookies of your choice)
250 g strawberries
200 g mascarpone
100 g natural yogurt
150 g whipped cream (Chantilly)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
100 g granulated sugar

Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin, mortar, or food processor.
Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
Reserve a few strawberries for garnish.
