Recipe: Strawberry Parfait – a light and delicious dessert!

  1. Make the Strawberry Sauce
    Pour 50ml of water into a saucepan, add the strawberries, and 50g of sugar.
    Heat over medium heat and stir well.
    Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Cream Mixture
    Combine the mascarpone, vanilla extract, and yogurt with the remaining sugar.
    Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Assemble the Parfait
    Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs (optional) into each glass.
    Add a layer of strawberry coulis, followed by the mascarpone-cream mixture.
    Repeat the layers one more time and garnish with a few fresh strawberries.

Refrigerate the dessert to cool before serving.
